I am a Life Coach dedicated to helping people to Create sustainable vitality, a peaceful world and a loving God.

In the book Destructive Emotions, Danial Goleman, Richard Davidson and HH the Dalai Lama articulated a requirement for a nondenominational program to “exercise” the left frontal cortex of the brain - the seat of positive emotion, vitality and connectedness to others.  I have spent the past decade developing a program called Mental Pilates that provides such an exercise program.  The objective of Mental Pilates is to teach skills in expanding our consciousness and directing our attention so we are increasingly aware of our innate vitality and connectedness.  If you want to learn more you can go to http://www.mentalpilates.com or conntact me at Andy@mentalpilates.com.

I choose to promote a view that each of us is a neuron in God's brain.  We are each a tiny, yet vital part of a larger organism that is slowly awakening to its surroundings.  Our goal, as neurons, is to reach out and make connections, both locally and afar.  Our innate sense of curiosity, love, connection and contribution drive us to transmit the energy of love throughout God's mind/body.  Our choices affect the process of Creation, so Create Responsibly!

I view Zaadz as the seed that will help grow God's neural network of love and contribution into an ever increasing awareness of a loving and peaceful Universe.  Zaadz serves as a medium through which Thought Engineers can connect, collaborate and Create! 

The enemy is not a person, faith or region.  The enemy is negative emotions - hatred, anger, fear and anxiety - some of which resides in every one of us.  We each need to become masters at expanding our consciousness and directing our mind's attention.  These skills will allow us to focus on our innate desires to learn, love, connect and contribute. 

Zaadz serves as a medium where these types of inspirational thoughts can take root within community and manifest themselves into a world of love and connectedness.
